Dear Sister: A Letter to the Woman Who Feels Unworthy

Dear Sister,

If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize yourself…

If you’ve ever laid in bed wondering why you’re not “enough”…

If you’ve ever tried to pray but felt too broken to be heard -

This letter is for you.

I Know You’re Tired

Tired of pretending.

Tired of being strong.

Tired of carrying the weight of what they did to you.

And somewhere deep down, a whisper tell you:

“It’s your fault.”

“I should have seen it coming.”

“I’m not worth fighting for.”

But that whisper is not the voice of God.

Let Me Tell You the Truth

You are not too much.

You are not too broken.

You are not too late.

You are deeply loved by a God who has never stopped seeing you - even when

you feel invisible.

Not for one second did He turn His back. Not for one second did He abandon you.

And He is not done writing your story.

Your Worth Was Never in Their Hands

What they said or did does not define you. Their abuse didn’t strip you of your value.

Their betrayal didn’t cancel your purpose. Your worth is not something they could

give or take away - it’s something God placed inside of you when He formed you

in the womb.

And nothing - nothing - can erase that.

You’re Still Her

You’re still the woman with dreams.

You’re still the woman with purpose.

You’re still the woman who gets back up - again and again.

Even on the days you feel fragile.

Even when healing feels slow.

You are not behind.

You are not forgotten.

Here’s What I Want You to Know

  • You don’t have to earn love - you already have it.

  • You don’t have to prove your strength - your survival speaks for itself.

  • You don’t have to carry shame - Jesus already carried it for you.

“You are altogether beautiful, my darling; there is no flaw in you.” - Song of Solomon 4:7

You are worthy.

You are healing.

You are loved.

And you don’t have to walk this road alone anymore.

With love,

From someone who’s been there - and knows that God still chooses you.
